II.Requesting Retained Personal Information

1.If the identity of the person or proxy cannot be verified
2.If the prescribed application documents are incomplete
3.When the “Request for Disclosure” does not fall under the “Personal Information Subject to Disclosure”

5.When there is a risk of damaging our company’s rights or legitimate interests by notifying or publicizing the information.

※Personal information subject to disclosure constitutes a collection of systematically constructed information in which disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of contents, suspension of use, deletion, etc. is requested from the individual. We have the authority to respond to all requests for suspension of provision to third parties.
